  • Why are some services different prices than others?
    • If you think professionals are expensive, you should see what amateurs cost. They seem less expensive at first but may cost more in the long run. Cheaper services generally require you to find a housekeeper, verify their background, train them, and take care of cleaning supplies. You have to manage, supervise, and cover their payroll taxes even if they claim they are an independent contractor. The savings is not worth the risk, especially if they are undocumented workers.

    • No! You can cancel any time you wish. We do provide a DISCOUNT for our Pre-Paying VIPs that enables them to save more on every cleaning. But you’ll have to only sign our non-compete agreement and on-time payment commitment when you hire us.
  • When do I pay for the service?
    • During the time of the service.
  • What if I’m not satisfied?
    • Our work is 100% guaranteed. . If you are not happy with our work, we’ll return within 24 hours and re-clean. In case we are not satisfy you, a refund will be provided in most occasions and we'll terminate the relationship permanently.
  • At what time will your team show up to clean?
    • We will come to your home according to your schedule. We are available from Monday to Friday. And we are available on Saturdays upon request.
  • Are your services available on Saturday?
    • Yes, we're available upon request and subject to availability.
  • Is your team fine with having pets around?
    • We love them. We'll treat your pets like our own. Kindly provide us special instructions if there are any. Our team will take a note on our Work Orders so the Legacy Employee will know your wishes with regard to your pets.
  • Do require your customer's presence during your services?
    • No. Most of our clients give us a key and their alarm code. Our professional staff are carefully screened and trained.
  • Do you carry your own chemicals and equipment?
    • For complete sanitation, we use your supplies and equipment unless you don't want to provide them. We also use special supplies upon request. All supplies are cleaned and sanitized before each services and in between.
  • Will my things be safe with the Legacy employees?
    • All our prospective employees require a background check, and job history and conduct employment verifications.
  • What is the procedure if I have to skip or cancel my service?
    • Give us a 24-hour notice within business days about your change in plans. We'll promptly reschedule or cancel your service.
  • What if I want to include extra services?
    • unfortunately, we don't provide laundry and carpet cleaning.
  • Should I tip your staff?
    • We do not expect tips. But we greatly appreciate it for a work well done.
  • Can I change my day of service?
    • You can just inform us which day you're available.
  • Should I get a spring cleaning service annually?
    • Most of our customers get a top-to-bottom deluxe cleaning every year to maintain those parts of the home that are usually not available with our normal, weekly, or bi-weekly routine. It's less expensive because the rest of your home is already cleaned and maintained by us.
